Leadership Development

Leadership Development is an increasingly strategic function focused on ensuring the organisation has an adequate number of high performing and culturally aligned current and future leaders.

Leadership Development specialists will evaluate the company’s leadership development needs and develop strategies, programmes and initiatives that will be delivered virtually and in-person. 

The level of this role varies from Junior to Senior. 

Those in Leadership Development will:

  • Partner with the CEO and other leaders to understand the organisations current leadership capability and analyse where there may be gaps in numbers/skills/experience in order to meet the organisations future requirements 
  • Work to understand the leadership and management team’s development needs
  • Develop, implement and adjust programmes and coaching opportunities for the current and future leaders in the organisation
  • Drive an uplift in leadership capability across the organisation 
  • Be well versed in leadership programmes and keep a pulse on new learning methodologies 
  • Develop and maintain an emphasis on internal learning with strategic use of external partners where appropriate
  • Ensure all content, delivery methods and supporting materials drive the desired behaviour in the organisation and build competence, confidence and knowledge. 
  • Communicate plans and progress with key stakeholders
