Our client, a renowned US-based financial services company, is seeking a dynamic Campus Recruiter to join their vibrant Singapore team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and recruiting top-tier interns and full-time hires across multiple countries, playing a key part in shaping the future of the business.
What You'll Do:
- Innovative Recruiting: Go beyond career fairs and craft cutting-edge recruiting plans to attract the brightest talent.
- Strategic Challenges: Tackle big-picture recruitment challenges while ensuring a smooth and detail-oriented candidate experience.
- Collaborative Success: Work closely with the team and internal collaborators to transform recruitment goals into reality.
- Event Organization: Organize and implement a variety of recruitment events, establishing strong connections with universities and external stakeholders.
- Marketing Efforts: Maintain the interest of potential candidates through strategic marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- APAC Recruitment Knowledge: A solid understanding of the campus recruitment landscape across the APAC region.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Proficiency in organizing and managing recruitment activities.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work collaboratively with a team and stakeholders.
