Kirstin placed me at Bloomberg back in 2018 and the highest compliment I can pay her is that I've almost completely forgotten about that process because since then, we have remained in regular contact, meeting monthly for our HR coffee club which has been such a great way to build a trusted network of HR professionals during the pandemic and provide us all with a fantastic outlet to talk candidly about how we are coping with the challenges we are facing. I have known Stuart and the ever expanding team since the beginning, based in Hong Kong and then more recently when I moved back to Europe. I have joked with Stuart that I may actually be his longest ´time to hire’ when Elliott Scott HR supported me in securing my role with Insead in 2019! I would never have thought that when we first met in Hong Kong that we would meet again in London and close the deal on a role in France. I strongly believe that building solid, long term relations as well as understanding candidates is the key to success.

The consultant I spoke with made me feel so at ease, that I was able to honestly open up, and speak transparently about what I wanted in my next role. 9 months later and I’m 4 months into a role that I absolutely love; working for a company where I really “fit” with the culture. I feel like I’ve found my home. Both people I worked with at Elliott Scott HR, really listened to me. There were a number of jobs on the market at the time, but we discussed the “fit” at lengths and waited for the right one. I’ve had so many other conversations with recruitment agents, who just want the “sale”. That wasn’t my experience with Elliott Scott HR and I’m really grateful for all of their hard work, attention to detail, patience and integrity. I envisage a long working relationship together.
