Our global team includes individuals from a range of countries, cultures and backgrounds. To strengthen our specialist knowledge we employ consultants from both the recruitment and the HR profession.
Our leadership team has included women since the inception of the business and we actively support internal global mobility. We offer a variety of flexible working options and have working mothers in a number of our offices.
Everyone in the business is offered the same opportunities as their peers to progress in their role and are provided with equitable resources to do so. Our recruitment process is accessible to all potential candidates and vacancies are promoted both internally and externally. We periodically review our practices to ensure they remain fair and compliant.
We firmly maintain that an open, flexible, and fair workplace will create an environment where individual talents are valued and allowed to thrive, thus creating a culture which will attract staff from diverse backgrounds. We will not tolerate discrimination or other unfair treatment against any of our staff or users of our services, on the basis of gender, race, colour, age, ethnicity, marital status, family circumstances, disability, sexual orientation, political or religious belief.
As a business that focuses solely on HR recruitment, DEI is an area we are extremely cognisant of and we proactively create content for our HR Community on DEI, partnering with external partners such as the Inclusive Group.
We believe that we are all on a continuous journey when it comes to DEI and welcome feedback from our HR community to underpin this.
