All our leaders partake in a six week Team Head Coach Leadership Programme. We also run an Associate Consultant Development Programme, a global initiative with the objective to develop confident and capable 360 recruiters. It is believed to be one of the best junior development programmes provided by a recruitment firm with participants receiving a comprehensive, structured 12-month training programme and the opportunity to travel to London for an in-person graduation celebration with their peers.
