In 2019 we formed a partnership with Tandem Partners to increase the scope of our offering and expand on the global footprint that we have built up over the last 7 and half years. Tandem Partners was founded in 2011, the same year as Elliott Scott HR, and the values and culture of the organisation are consistent with ours. In 2019 we set up a partnership with PGC, a leading a workforce contracting specialist. PGC was established 19 years ago, headquartered in NYC they operate across North America. PGC are responsible for employing and managing the pay-rolling of W-2 contractors sourced by Elliott Scott HR. Currently based in Singapore she has previously lived and worked in the UK, Germany and Chile and coaches clients around the world. She spent the first 10 years of her career in-house working in HR and recruitment roles and the next 10 years working as a head hunter.
