'I joined Elliott Scott HR at its inception, working with Stuart to launch the Hong Kong office in 2011. Within four years the business grew rapidly and I played an integral role to our growth in Asia. My career has progressed from Consultant to Managing Director and I currently oversee the Hong Kong office and North Asia region. Getting involved so early on in the business really jump started my career and I’ve had opportunities at Elliott Scott that I wouldn’t have had elsewhere. In turn I have been able to help my team progress in their careers and expand our business offering in Hong Kong. 'I started off my recruitment career as a Researcher with Elliott Scott where my role was focused on candidate sourcing and market mapping.
