Phillip leads the Elliott Scott HR business in Asia, managing the day-to-day operations of the Hong Kong and Singapore offices. He has an extensive regional network and recruits for HR leadership roles across multiple industries. Phillip is particularly passionate about developing local HR talent in Asia.

Based in Hong Kong, Phillip has worked within the Asian recruitment market for 15 years. Phillip started his recruitment career at Michael Page then moved to Profile Search & Selection to set up their Commerce desk, before joining Elliott Scott HR. Throughout these 15 years he has earned a trusted reputation due to the depth of his market knowledge and personal relationships. ​​

Phillip worked with Stuart to launch Elliott Scott HR's first office in Hong Kong office and grow the brands presence in Asia. Under his leadership his team have won multiple awards and he has successfully grown his client base to include many of the world’s leading organisations.​
