Tom specialises in recruiting for mid to senior HR positions in the Luxury Retail and wider Commerce sector and is building out this desk for the UK business. At Elliott Scott HR he has gained extensive HR market knowledge which he channels into his passion for a positive candidate journey and keeps his networks abreast of industry news.

Tom brings a high level of prior expertise in Luxury Retail. He spent 7 years working his way up the HR function in Harrods and then went on to be Head of Commercial Operations at a Luxury Retail recruitment firm. Both periods built up invaluable experience in the indusry and a solid base of knowledge in the function.

Outside of work, Tom is a musician, actor, sports fan, and history enthusiast.
