Emily is the Chief Operating Officer for Elliott Scott HR. She works closely with Stuart and the management team to drive strategy, business performance and operations with a focus on staff wellbeing and development.

Emily joined Elliott Scott HR in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer for Asia. She spent two years enabling growth of our Hong Kong and Singapore businesses before returning to London in October 2016 to take on the COO role globally for all Elliott Scott Group companies. 

Emily has lived and worked in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. She has experience working in a broad spectrum of international HR roles, and a variety of different industries, enabling a sound understanding of the needs of our clients, candidates and team. Her previous roles include: Head of HR for a private investment business, Human Capital Consultant for Mercer, Talent Management for Fujitsu Australia and HR Business Partner for Fujitsu UK. Emily is professional coach, an accredited Hogan and MBTI practitioner and a Chartered member of the CIPD.

Emily is an invaluable member of the Elliott Scott HR team - known for her attention to detail, caring nature and huge sense of fun. With two young children at home Emily is a big advocate for the flexible working that Elliott Scott HR offers, allowing her to balance both her role as COO and her role as a parent!
