APAC Graduate Recruitment Lead (top tier UK law firm) – up to $HK 80k p/m

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the APAC Lead Graduate Recruiter for our top tier law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all recruitment activities for graduate programs across the Asia-Pacific region.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our graduate programs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making offers
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including law school career services offices and student groups
• Coordinate and attend recruitment events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and campus interviews
• Lead the interview process and provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate selections
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on trends in recruiting and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years regional experience in campus recruitment from a leading global firm
• Excellent communication skills
