Associate, APAC Payroll/ HR Operations (global financial services firm)

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll and HR operations, with a strong understanding of payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing, including ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations, deductions, and tax filings
  • Manage employee benefit programs, including enrollment, changes, and termination processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll and tax regulations
  • Handle HR operations, such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
  • Support HR initiatives and projects related to employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll expenses
  • Participate in audits and inspections related to payroll and HR processes
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll and HR-related inquiries


  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations
