Compensation Analyst

A renowned global financial services firm is scaling up its business presence in Bangalore, India, and is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their industry-leading team.  

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our compensation operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes. You will be collaborating with payroll teams and HR partners, you'll play a pivotal role in validating payments and managing compensation valuations. With your keen eye for detail and knack for problem-solving, you'll help drive our organization's success while engaging in exciting ad-hoc projects that keep our operations running smoothly.

We are also looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in Financial or HR Services, with a preference for expertise in Compensation Operations, Payroll, or Accounting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in HR systems, particularly Workday.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel 
• Showcase excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
