We are partnered with a leading organization in Financial Services sector, who is looking to expand their operations in Bangalore, India. To support this growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead as an Director HR Shared Services.

As the Director HR Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our HR shared services strategy in Bangalore. You will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class HR services across various functions, essentially creating these operations from the ground up and redefine excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the HR shared services strategy aligned with the organization's overall objectives and values.
• Lead with vision, shaping a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability within the team.
• Optimize shared services processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Leverage cutting-edge technology to streamline and elevate shared services processes.
• Navigate the complex world of regulations, ensuring impeccable compliance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, crafting a symphony of operational excellence.
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to understand their needs and align shared services accordingly.

Skills Required:

• Proven track record of successfully establishing and leading HR shared services operations, preferably in India.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and emerging trends, with a focus on service delivery excellence.
• Lead with charisma, managing teams and forging connections that spark brilliance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong cross-functional relationships.
