Head of HR/People Lead – 6 month FTC

I’m currently working on an exciting role for a Head of HR/People Lead for a 6-month FTC at an established retailer that is growing its international presence.  Our client is looking for an immediately available candidate who can hit the ground running and enjoys collaborating with the wider HR team but is also able to work autonomously.

Key to this role will be leading the HR team and acting as an escalation point on all operational and ER matters.  You will also partner with heads of HQ teams on their people priorities and agenda and bring a strong perspective on international HR and in particular employee relations.

Salary is up to GBP90k.  This role is hybrid, 3 days a week in the office (Zone 2, south-west London).
