HR Business Partner - APAC

We are currently working with a leading organization looking for an experienced, proactive, and solution-focused Human Resource Business Partner based in Gurugram, India.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in planning and supporting the overall business goals and aggressive technology roadmap. You will play a critical role in continuously improving policy, services, and processes in the line of business.

Other responsibilities include: 

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Passionate to build and develop the perfect culture.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance through coaching, career development, and management of all employee relations matters.
• Advise management on salary review, benchmarking, and benefits policy.

 In addition, we are also looking for:

• Ability to think strategically with a practical approach to execution 
• Strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and strong business and financial acumen.
• Significant experience in business partnering, program delivery, and agile methodology.
• Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
