HR Business Partner

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner in an international context. Our client is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to provide both strategic and operational guidance and services to support their business strategic objectives.

As a key member of the leadership team, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and implementing the HR strategy for your designated business line, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
• Taking the lead, participating in, and driving cross-functional and cross-business projects to support the achievement of business strategies and foster staff development.
• Overseeing the entire talent process, collaborating closely with COEs, Business Leaders, and HRBPs to ensure a comprehensive approach to talent management and succession planning.
• Spearheading engagement and retention strategies that complement future of work initiatives.
• Coaching and assisting managers in handling employee relations matters to minimize risks and achieve favorable outcomes, thereby enhancing the overall employee experience.
