Our client is a leading professional services organization committed to excellence and innovation are currently seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join their team and drive their HR strategies to new heights.
Overview:
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and ensuring the delivery of top-notch HR services that support organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with 6-12 years of HRBP experience who can seamlessly integrate into our professional services environment and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
Assist Regional Senior HRBPs in seamlessly executing key HR processes, including talent management, engagement surveys, performance management, diversity initiatives, and employee mobility strategies.
Extract and organise critical data to provide actionable insights for various initiatives, such as headcount management, diversity and inclusion, talent and performance management, and continuous audits of team data.
Partner with Regional HRBPs and the Global Talent Development team to design and implement cutting-edge talent development programs, including executive coaching assignments.
Oversee global mobility cases, ensuring employees receive comprehensive support during transfers, relocations, and assignments.
I will lead the new hire culture integration process, including conducting new hire check-ins and developing onboarding plans to ensure smooth transitions.
Manage or support various ad hoc HR projects, driving them to successful completion.
Requirements
6-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, as well as an advanced degree or HR certification, is a plus.
Deep knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
