Our client, a leading consumer-focused business renowned for its prominent brand in the APAC region, seeks an experienced HR Lead for Southeast Asia.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the broader HR organization to drive and sustain rapid business growth while enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Take the lead on talent management initiatives aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Implement effective employee engagement strategies to enrich organizational culture and bolster morale.
  • Partner with business leaders to discern talent requirements and devise HR solutions to bolster growth objectives.
  • Spearhead pivotal transformation endeavors, ensuring seamless alignment with overarching business goals.
  • Offer HR business partnering support to seamlessly align HR initiatives with overarching business strategies.
  • Deploy performance management systems to foster employee development and ensure accountability.


Requirements:

  • Possess a robust track record spanning 10-15 years in HR generalist roles, with experience across key Southeast Asia markets.
  • Preferably bring experience in consumer-centric organizations, demonstrating an innate understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Exhibit a keen business acumen to seamlessly align HR strategies with organisational imperatives.
  • Display adeptness in managing stakeholders effectively, underpinned by superior communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Thrive in ambiguous environments, showcasing an ability to adapt swiftly to fast-paced growth and change.
  • Demonstrate an authentic passion for HR work and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
  • Embody agility and an entrepreneurial spirit in addressing HR challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Navigate complex, matrix-driven organizational structures with finesse, effortlessly overcoming challenges.
