Role Summary and Key Deliverables:

Our client is currently seeking a dynamic HRBP to join their HR Department in London. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this newly created role will provide crucial support to the Sales and Trading teams. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative industry while contributing to the company's ongoing commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the HR team to recruit top talent for the Sales and Trading departments.
  • Supports the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Facilitates training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Manages employee relations, including conflict resolution and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Contributes to performance management, including feedback, appraisals, and career development.
  • Assists in HR administrative tasks and maintains accurate records.
