Learning & Development Lead

Our Client, a leading UK-based organization with a global footprint is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Lead to spearhead their growth across Asia.

Your responsibilities in this role will encompass a broad range of L&D functions, including but not limited to driving engagement on all learning initiatives, content development and delivering training in Asian markets. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders alike on various L&D-related matters. Working under the Regional Head of HR, you will play a significant role in shaping the direction of the L&D team.

Additionally, the role involves creating a cohesive network that promotes learning opportunities within the region, and through targeted strategies, work to cultivate and nurture engagement with various learning programs, fostering interest and participation from employees as well as actively seeking feedback and insights.

You bring a hands-on approach, actively contributing to the execution of initiatives and driving successful implementation. You excel at designing and delivering engaging, interactive skills training sessions that resonate with learners. Additionally, you possess the confidence and communication skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

To further enhance your impact, you demonstrate a keen eye for identifying emerging learning trends and possess expertise in learning management systems (LMS). Experience in a commercial environment or professional services industry is a plus.
