Our client is a global financial services organization, renowned for managing billions in equities, fixed income, private equity, real estate, and hedge fund portfolios for global institutions, advisors, and individuals.

 We are seeking a dynamic VP, Senior Recruiter who will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the Operating Platform business areas.

The VP, Senior Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process, providing top-tier service to businesses and ensuring exceptional care for candidates. You will develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to specific business needs, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers, HCM stakeholders, and external partners.

Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies, you will focus on attracting high-caliber candidates with a commitment to Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity. You will conduct thorough candidate assessments, providing hiring managers with detailed evaluations to ensure ideal fits for each role.

Additionally, you will negotiate complex offers, adeptly articulating the company’s compensation philosophy. You will stay informed on market trends and recruitment best practices within the investment management industry, collaborating with HCM colleagues to enhance recruitment programs, processes, candidate experiences, and other HCM initiatives.


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the financial services and investment management industry
  • Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting high-caliber talent with periods of managing high-volume job requisitions while still ensuring strong client service and fast-paced delivery
  • Values EID and incorporates EID best practices as part of the recruiting process
  • Strong understanding of the market dynamics and talent landscape in the investment management industry
  • Previous experience with Workday Recruiting and/or CRM systems and expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Forward-thinking mentality with a proactive approach throughout the recruiting process
  • Heightened sense of urgency and responsiveness, and the ability to prioritize quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
