We are excited to share the launch of our first Associate Consultant Development Programme (ADCP); a global initiative with 14 participants spanning all four Elliott Scott Group brands, across six global locations. 

The objective of our ACDP is to develop a global cohort of confident and capable 360 recruiters, equipped to be highly successful in their local markets whilst bringing their own personality and style to their role. After proven performance in their current location, we also encourage and will facilitate global mobility amongst the group, providing opportunities for relocation to other Elliott Scott Group offices. 

Participants will receive a comprehensive, structured 12-month training programme facilitated by James Bass, founder of McMillan Bass, a seasoned trainer and coach within the recruitment sector. James’ sessions will be supplemented with training from LinkedIn and from our internal teams, focusing on technology, career planning, personal branding, marketing and more. Alongside the development programme itself, our AC’s will be gaining hands on experience in their region, working and collaborating with the rest of their team to understand and support their market. They will also be stepping up to present on global and regional calls and at the end of the programme, have the opportunity to travel to London for an in-person graduation celebration with the whole cohort.
