Duties & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with the firm's goals and objectives
- Manage the operational aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Partner with senior leadership and managers to provide guidance and support on HR issues and initiatives
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development
- Lead the annual performance review process and drive a culture of continuous feedback and coaching
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and other perks
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay current on HR best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience
Background:
- Around 7+ years of HR operations experience from a leading global financial services firm
- Chinese language skills preferred
