Our client, a global market leader, is seeking a result driven HR Advisor (HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Expert) to join their growing HR team. This is a permanent position with excellent opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

 

Key Responsibilities

As an Global HR & Talent Advisor, you will:

  1. Proactively partner with senior business stakeholders and HR specialist teams to provide TA & Business Partnering strategic support and advice, enhancing the capability of the global group office.
  2. Report to a seasoned Regional HR Lead on all HR advisory matters in the group, specifically in TA-related initiatives and projects, to align with the talent attraction strategy and employer branding framework.
  3. Drive organisational development and change management initiatives as the business unit upskills its team and approach.

 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A strong business partnering and talent acquisition background, preferably in reputable matrixed organisations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential issues, providing alternative long-term solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills to build cross-functional and global relationships.
  • Proven experience leveraging analytics to drive effective business decisions.
  • Ability to execute and work independently in a fast-moving environment with limited support.
  • Trilingual proficiency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is highly advantageous.
