HR Business Partner – Financial Services Boutique

We’re currently partnering with a boutique FS firm on an exciting new HRBP role where you will be front and centre of driving and delivering the people agenda.  Significant hands-on experience of employees in the EU and in an SME environment is required in this role.

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of HR and build out the HR function.  This will be a role where you partner with employees at all levels, including senior executives at this small firm, bring broad European experience (with a focus on Italy and/or Spain) and enjoy managing day-to-day, hands-on and operational HR.  You will develop the HR function and people proposition and be able to make a strong impact here.  You will also be instrumental in the launch of this firms North America office.  This is a vibrant environment where collaboration is important – the successful applicant will have worked in an SME business, have strong relationship building skills and good working knowledge and experience of European employment law.  Experience of regulated financial services would be an advantage.

This role is west-end based and hybrid (3 days a week in office) and require travel every 2/3 weeks to European locations and travel to the North American office once a quarter.
