Our client is leading organization in Information Services industry looking to hire for a passionate and goal-oriented HR Manager based in Bangalore, India.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in leading the team and taking ownership of all HR matters across the company. From spearheading recruitment efforts to conducting performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary actions, and driving learning and development initiatives, you will be at the forefront of shaping the HR function. Your expertise in HR management and deep knowledge of legal requirements will be crucial to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Create and maintain documentation, ensuring thorough and up-to-date documentation of People team’s processes; help curate and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Navigate ongoing employee relations activities including performance management, organizational development & training.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Create a welcoming, open-minded, and friendly culture for the team.

- High level of personal and professional integrity; demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- Driven for results, inquisitive and execution-minded
