Our client, a global market leader, is seeking an experienced Regional TA Team Lead with strong Talent Acquisition Leadership and Advisory skills to join their team.

 

About the Role – What Sets This Role Apart? 

 

Reporting to the Group CHRO, the candidate is responsible for attracting great people to the Group. The Talent Acquisition team leads all aspects of the end to end recruiting journey to build a positive candidate as well as hiring manager experience. On top of that, the candidate will also participate in crafting and driving Recruiting Projects that aligns to business priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

As an Regional Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Leads full cycle recruiting processes, including, but not limited to, sourcing, applicant screening, facilitating interviews to advising hiring managers
  • Build talent pipelines and networks of diverse talent across industries and domains, including the use of recruitment marketing for sourcing and engaging passive candidates in the Group
  • Passionate in delivering phenomenal candidate experience and cultivates a culture of inclusive recruitment practices
  • Proactively be a phenomenal partner with both internal & external stakeholders to ensure quality and quick turnaround time on delivery of talents
  • User of global technology tools related to applicant tracking, candidate database and recruitment tools
  • Collaborate with other functions on resourcing efficiency, initiatives, projects and share best practices with the wider TA community as well as the market in general

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 7 years of recruitment (leadership) experience working in a sizable or multinational organization with both recruitment agency and in-house background
  • Demonstrable track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
  • A customer focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills to work well with partners at all levels
  • Excellent trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Solid sense of confidentiality and integrity regarding personal information and other critical subjects
