 Role: Senior HR Business Partner 

Location: Oxford Area, UK

Hybrid: 3 Days in the office.  

 Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HR department in a dynamic and rapidly growing work environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with managers to enhance their teams through strategic planning and partnership with our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams. Your focus will be on fostering a positive work culture to empower a motivated and engaged workforce, ultimately driving improved employee performance and retention.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Translate the people strategy into actionable plans aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to address people-related challenges
  • Provide daily HR guidance to c-suite leaders and their teams
  • Utilize data to identify and address workforce priorities and future needs
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams on recruitment and training strategies
  • Build strong relationships across the organization
  • Offer guidance on HR practices such as restructures and succession planning
  • Provide expertise and solutions to support business strategy
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances
  • Foster positive work relationships, morale, and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Monitor and report on workforce planning and succession
  • Identify development opportunities for teams and individuals
  • Coach stakeholders to enhance business efficiency
  • Lead HR projects to enhance departmental growth and maturity
  • Oversee key aspects of the annual HR cycle for your business area


Requirements:

  • CIPD 5 or above (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on goals
  • Experience with HR metrics
  • Thorough understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
