Our client is an financial services firm recognized as a pioneer. The firm is currently looking for a to join its Human Resources team as an DEI expert

In this role you will work closely with the DEI team, firm leaders, Human Capital group, and other internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, as well as manage projects with teams across the firm.
Your role involves driving the firm's DEI strategy through talent management and other initiatives, supporting project teams, overseeing training and feedback, and staying updated on DEI trends for innovative recruitment and retention approaches.
You will have a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with Investor Relations and other teams to co-create DEI-related branding initiatives, design and implement programming and events, and support affinity group projects.
Your role will involve developing tools and maintaining metrics to measure the impact and expenses of our diversity efforts in a rigorous, data-driven manner.
In Addition You Must Have:
- Candidates should have a record of professional achievement, with five years of comparable experience within DEI highly preferred.
- Passion for DEI and a knack for driving projects.
- Experience in the management consulting, finance or technology industries is desirable.
- Keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in managing processes and tracking initiatives across functions are essential.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are required.
- A willingness to take on challenging, high-impact projects is necessary.
