VP/ SVP – APAC Rewards (Leading global financial services firm), up to $HK2 million on the base

Duties & responsibilities:

• Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and procedures for employees in the APAC region that are in compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
• Conduct market benchmarking and analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the bank's total compensation package
• Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to provide expert advice on compensation-related matters
• Manage the annual salary review process, including budget planning, salary benchmarking, and communication with senior management
• Lead the performance management process, including setting and monitoring individual and team objectives and performance metrics
• Develop and deliver training sessions on rewards and recognition programs for employees and managers
• Monitor and analyze trends in compensation and benefits and make recommendations for improvements

Background:

• At least 12 years rewards experience from a leading financial services firm
• APAC experience ideally
• Excellent communication skills – Chinese language skills nice to have buy not necessary
